As we offer free and cost products we can only provide technical support to customers who have support credits. Normally a certain amount of technical support credits are allocated with each order.
If you do not have technical support access or your credits have expired it is possible to purchase more as and when you need them via our ordering system. Technical support incidents can be raised from your customer control panel.
