This is the Print Order Form payment gateway for CubeCart v5 and above. A printable order form is displayed to the customer after the order has been placed. This can either be used to post a cheque or to display bank transfer information. 

NOTE: This payment gateway will not log sales data to Google eCommerce Analytics as payments can not be digitally verified.
